I have written and talked about in video clips how somebody can use the hologram method to end subconscious associations of anxiety or confusion in connection with various activities. Recently, I myself had a positive experience with it.
I teach my sons brass instruments at home, and Merlya pointed out that I always get impatient and nervous when doing it. I also realized that I needed to be more relaxed and calm in this activity. Since I know that behind such nervousness and non-presence, there is usually some subconscious turbulence, I asked Merlya Crystal Heart for a hologram session in this regard.

Subconscious confusion about making music
In addition to other confusions, I was surprised that I had a general subconscious confusion about making music. Anyone who knows more about my background knows that I have been involved in music in some form for most of my life (bands, orchestras, choirs, etc.). The confusion was related to being left out of a music group when I was a child because I did not pass the entrance competition then.
How did I make this music when unconscious anxiety and confusion were associated with this activity? Subconscious confusion does not mean that this activity cannot be engaged in at all. Instead, it means that the activity requires more internal resources and creates more tension than is necessary. Being deeply relaxed and aligned in a given action can be challenging this way. If there is no deep relaxation and alignment, it also prevents the best performances because the inner system has to process some extra internal weight each time.
Remove inner obstacles from your activities.
Often, a person has an inner call to engage in some activity. At the same time, there may also be some strong obstacles and fears related to this activity, which prevent him from engaging in this activity, or this activity takes more energy than necessary.
To reach the top in your field, you must train yourself for years from an early age. During this time, various tensions, traumas, and fears may become associated with this activity. The hologram method helps to find and stop these hidden connections so that a person can more relaxedly deal with what they are attracted to or have to do at their workplace.
I realized after the session that I was able to be more present when practicing with my sons. I was able to pay more attention to successes in performance, be more patient, more relaxed and positive, and less critical. The energy of the experience of practicing together was significantly more supportive for me after the session and did not take as much energy from me. I felt good after the practice.
If you want to do something, but you don’t dare, or if you feel that it creates unnecessary tension, then you are invited to a hologram session to end such unconscious unsupportive connections. If this is an essential activity for you that you want or need to do regularly, then it feels really good to be relaxed and aligned in this activity.
